Late to the party, but I LOVE YOU!!!!

I comment on most all of my girls’ statuses too – or at least like most of them. Hasn’t gotten me blocked… Of course, they wouldn’t want to deal with the Wrath of Mom if they were to do such a thing…. Mom still has a direct line of communication with Santa Claus…..

On the other hand, I’ve been ignoring my own mother’s fb friend request for at least 3 years now.

Loving the fact right now that I don’t have FB and my sister is linked to my kids and she keeps tabs on them. They won’t delink her because they want to see pictures of her babies…

Pam: Other than my daughter, people on FB find me amusing. Not in the , ‘oh, you’re so clever’ way, but in the ‘omg, what did you do now’ way.

Jess: That is the most telling summary of FB I have even seen. I lift my glass of wine to you.

DD: I do personal stuff here. Especially since my mom and my b-i-l are on FB. Ain’t worth the trouble, ya know?

Which is why I keep personal issues off Facebook. Either I deal with them in person, or I just bitch about them on my blog, which I keep separate from family.

We love you. Your daughter loves you. She’s just busy being smart…

During a big family blow up about a year ago I blocked most family… even oldest stepdaughter… and it’s been great. No disapproving emails about what I post.

A 3.96 GPA needs to be celebrated! If it were only an appropriate hour, I’d have some wine with you…

Well it has been exactly three weeks. The last two days I have had more discharge than I have had since the surgery, but it seems to be slowing down. So far I am pleased (aside from the discharge). My doctor says it is normal for up to a couple of months. I have had no spotting of blood at all. I will blog again in a month.

Update to my post of Oct. 19, 2012…
I am completely pleased with the outcome of this procedure. I had the novasure ablation procedure done under general anesthesia on Dec 15th 2012. The only pain I experienced that required more than a good dose of ibuprofen was in the recovery room at the hospital.
The following couple of period cycles came and went with decreasing evidence of any spotting until the last two months without anything at all. My other period symptoms remain unchanged, leading to my feeling that my hormone levels are unaffected.
As I understand it, the results usually last about 5 years and bleeding can return at that point. I am 46 now, so I am hoping for menopause by that time, but will do this again in a heartbeat if it becomes necessary.
Thank god for this forum. It helped me make the right decision for me.

That is why I joined payu2blog. They give me stuff every once in a blue moon … i have to write at least 60 words on it and get $5 in my paypal… And it requires me to think outside of my normal box/life. Sometimes I can’t figure out how I’m going to write a post on something in Texas… but it makes my blog and my life more interesting. Either that or join one of those groups that gives you a topic a week or day. Would hate to have you stop bloggin!

My treadmill is in front of the TV in the living room. It’s pretty redneck, but oh, well.

Bou: My elliptical is in front of the tv. I have to cover the counter so I’m not glaring at the minutes/laps, and have something on the tv to distract me. I’m currently working my way through Star Trek Voyager.

DD: I know…but I want to be able to do all I’m capable of…and more.
