Yesterday, my husband sent me a wonderful Valentine’s gift…a barbershop quartet came to sing to me at school!  The kids were very fascinated…as one said when he saw the rose one of the singers had, “Do all four want to marry her????”  I guess his family watches ‘The Bachelor’…

But the funniest remark was in the afternoon during the Valentine exchange.  One kid’s grandmother brought in some cupcakes, and he was telling her about the barbershop quartet.  “Yeah, and some bar guys came and sang to Mrs. Who!”

Sheesh.  ‘Bar guys’ singing to me.  What till Principal Umbridge hears about that…
