Halloween Art

My students had a Halloween activity today in another class…they had to put a piece of paper on top of their head and try to draw a pumpkin.

One of my students, an autistic child, returned excited to show me his paper with its scattered lines. “Look, I tried to draw a pumpkin, but I wound up with Picasso!”

This kid is almost another Sheldon from ‘Big Bang Theory’. He’s awesome!

    Perspective is a beautiful thing!

Autistic kids have so much to teach us, beginning with looking at life from a different point of view.

The fact that he knows Picasso, at his age, is absolutely amazing. Good for him.
